Germanium MOS devices

I have received M.S from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Feb, 2014 and B.S in Hanyang University in Feb. 2012, both from Electrical Engineering department.

I received PhD degree from Purdue University (Advisor: Prof. Peide (Peter) Ye) in December 2019, West Lafayette.

Currently I am working as integration engineer at Logic Technology Development (LTD) of Intel Corporation located in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA.

I am interested in novel semiconductor devices ranging from front-end till the back-end. Novel structures, materials (Ge, III-V, Graphene) are also topics of interest.

I love TRAVELING.

I love being in a place where I've never been to.

Standing in a strange city, with a map, a guide book, and a camera always thrills me.
